Change logic — how the system evolves

A change to any Intelligence OS system is valid only if it satisfies three conditions simultaneously. The system evolves lawfully, or it does not evolve.

Condition 01

Preserves Relations. Declared contracts between reasoning components remain intact. Information flow is not disrupted.

Condition 02

Satisfies Governance. The change complies with the Governance layer. Identity is maintained. Correctness is not compromised.

Condition 03

Maintains Operability. The system remains operable after the change. No modification may produce an inoperable state.

The system evolves lawfully. All change is traceable. No uncontrolled mutation.
